Mission & Purpose
Capitol City Medical Teams helps indigent people meet basic needs such as health care, health education, and clean water. We support medical teams to foreign countries and work closely with hosting organizations to serve their people. Our teams provide screening, surgery, therapy, prosthetics, and/or bracing. These services improve the recipient’s quality of life and their ability to participate in society. We serve without regard to race, gender, religion, creed, or national origin.
Our supported medical teams travel mostly to Coya, Peru and throughout Ecuador. They have also traveled to Haiti, Nicaragua, and Zimbabwe.
We provide assistance to the Kausay Wasi Clinic and process their United States donations. We also helped create the Pucallpa, Peru Prosthetic Workshop.
