Narrative:
Juanita, a four year old, came to the Clinic with Strabismus (crossed eyes). When children have strabismus, they are signaled out as being odd and can be ostracized from their community. Many times they are withheld from going to school. By correcting the crossed eyes, Juanita will now be able to be integrated into the community as a “normal” child.
